  1. This is a limited-time offer available until supplies last.
  2. All mentioned prices are exclusive of taxes.
  3. The offer applies to all existing and new Triple-Play (Internet + TV + Phone) customers.
  4. The first HD Box comes with no monthly subscription charges (all Triple-Play packages include one free HD subscription). For the second HD Box and onwards, a charge of Rs. 400/month (excluding tax) will be added for each additional box.
  5. This offer applies to both the first HD Box and any additional HD Boxes purchased.
  6. Customers currently subscribed to Standard (Internet only) or Double-Play (Internet + Phone) services who wish to purchase an HD Box will be required to pay a device upgrade fee of Rs. 1,999 (excluding tax) in addition to the HD Box charges.
  7. Payments for the HD Box can be made through the NayaPay app or our online Internet Payment Gateway (IPG). Payment steps for these options are provided at the end of the Terms and Conditions. Other payment methods are available at StormFiber Support.
  8. For new customers, connection and HD Box deployment may take up to 10 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays) after successful payment, depending on the city and location.
  9. A StormFiber connection is required to avail of this offer.
  10. StormFiber reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

How to make payment through NayaPay:

  1. Download the NayaPay app and create a NayaPay account.
  2. Tap on the StormFiber icon on the Home screen and tap on 'Next.'
  3. Tap 'Link Account' and enter your mobile number registered with StormFiber.
  4. StormFiber will send an OTP to your registered number for verification. Please enter the OTP on NayaPay to link your account.
  5. Navigate to 'Pay' then 'Get Bill' to fetch your bill.
  6. Tap the down arrow to view details of your bill and download the PDF.
  7. Tap 'Pay' and review the payment summary.
  8. Tap on 'Next' and authenticate the payment using your Face ID/fingerprint or enter your MPIN.

How to make payment through IPG:

  1. Visit your StormFiber portal at my.stormfiber.com.
  2. Sign in using your StormFiber credentials (Username/Mobile Number and password).
  3. Click on 'Pay via Card'.
  4. Pay using your debit/credit card (MasterCard & VISA).

Note: Please click on 'Forgot your password?' in case you don't remember your password. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.
