How can I increase/decrease my internet’s speed?
Increasing the speed of your internet plan is just a few clicks away. All you need to do is:
- Sign in to your StormFiber portal at my.stormfiber.com with your credentials*
- Click on the tab ‘Service Management’ on the top of the page.
- Select “Internet”
- Click on “Upgrade” and choose your package.
- Press ‘Submit’.In case of a downgrade, please email us a request on billing@stormfiber.com from your registered email address.
*In case you do not know your username and password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to retrieve your credentials. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.
