My current StormFiber plan does not have TV services included. Do I need to upgrade my StormFiber device in order to avail the TV services?

If you are subscribed to our Double Play plan, then Yes you would need to replace your ONT (StormFiber device). A Double Play plan means that the current ONT deployed at your premises doesn’t support TV services. In order to upgrade to a Triple Play plan which includes TV services, we would need to replace your ONT.
