How to subscribe to Value4Voice Bundle?
Thank you for considering Value4Voice as the bundle of your choice. Following are the steps to subscribe to the offer based on your customer status:
In case you have a StormFiber connection and a StormPhone connection, but don’t have a Value4Voice bundle, please follow these steps:
1. Visit my.stormfiber.com and sign in with your credentials*
2. Click on the Service Management tab, select phone
3. Click “Add Value4Voice” in the actions column
4. Read the Terms & Conditions and click on “I Agree”
In case you have a StormFiber connection, but have not subscribed for our StormPhone services yet, please follow these steps:
1. Visit my.stormfiber.com and sign in with your credentials*
2. Click on the Service Management tab, select phone and click "Add New Connection"
3. Select Storm Phone under the tab Select Voice Package
4. Click “Add Value4Voice”in the Actions column under the Selected Service tab
5. Read the Terms & Conditions and click on “I Agree”
6. Click “Submit”**
In case you don’t have a StormFiber connection yet, please follow these steps:
1. Complete your sign-up process for your StormFiber new connection up till the 4th tab of service selection (Voice)
2. Select Storm Phone under the tab Select Voice Package
3. Click “Add Value4Voice”in the Actions column under the Selected Service tab
4. Read the Terms & Conditions and click on “I Agree”
5. Click “next”, review your order and click on “Submit”**
*In case you do not know your username and password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to retrieve your credentials. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.

Note: To setup your StormPhone services, you can use an RJ-11 telephone cord (commonly used with landline telephone sets). Just insert one end of the cord in your telephone set and the other end in the TEL1 port at the back of your StormFiber device.
