How to unsubscribe from Value4Voice Bundle?


In case you had opted for Auto-Renewal of your Value4Voice bundle and you would like to opt out of this condition, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit my.stormfiber.com and sign in with your credentials*
  2. Click on the Service Management tab, select phone
  3. Remove the check from ‘Auto Renew’ in the Actions column under the Selected Service tab
  4. Click on ‘Submit’

Note: In case you opt-out from the auto renewal condition after subscribing for the Value4Voice bundle, it will be applied from the next month onwards.

*In case you do not know your username and password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to retrieve your credentials. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.
