Can I change the location of my StormFiber connection?

You can apply for a relocation of your connection through the following steps

  1. Sign in to your StormFiber portal at my.stormfiber.com with your credentials*
  2. Click on 'Relocation Request' at the top right of the page.
  3. Select 'New Location' in case of relocation to a new address or 'Within Premises' for relocation of device inside your current premises.
    • In case of New Location, enter the details of the new location and click on Check Availability to see if we are available in that area. 
  4. Click 'Submit'

Your request will be forwarded to the concerned department. Once your address is verified, you will receive an invoice on your registered email address. After successful payment, your relocation will be processed as per prescribed timelines.
