Can I change the location of my StormFiber connection?
Yes, you change the location of your StormFiber connection. There are two types of relocations that we offer, indoor and outdoor relocation. Please follow the steps mentioned below:
For Indoor Relocation
- Sign in to your StormFiber portal at my.stormfiber.com with your credentials*
- Click on ‘Relocation Request’ at the top right of the page.
- Select Within Premises for relocation of the ONT (StormFiber Device) inside your current premises.
- Click ‘Submit’
Your request will be forwarded to the concerned department and you will receive an invoice on your registered email address. After successful payment, your relocation will be processed as per the prescribed timelines.
For Outdoor Relocation:
- Sign in to your StormFiber portal at my.stormfiber.com with your credentials*
- Click on ‘Relocation Request’ at the top right of the page.
- Select ‘New Location’ for relocation of your connection to a new address.
- Enter the details of the new location and click on Check Availability to see if we are available in that area.
- Click ‘Submit’
Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username Please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ if you do not remember your password.Your request will be forwarded to the concerned department. Once your address is verified, you will receive an invoice on your registered email address. After successful payment, your relocation will be processed as per the prescribed timelines.
