My HD Box is not working. Any quick solution?

Please check if your HD Box is powered on and the coaxial cable (connected to the ONT) as well as HDMI (connected from your HD box to your TV) are plugged in properly. If you feel your HD box settings have been compromised, you can retune your HD box by following the below steps:

  1. Press the ‘Menu’ button from your HD Box Remote
  2. Go to ‘tools’ option.
  3. Select ‘Reset to the factory default’ option
  4. Enter the password -> 0000
  5. Press ‘Ok’ to the message to start the auto search.
