Why is my internet not working?

There could be various reasons due to which your internet connection might not be working. To diagnose the primary reason, please follow the below steps:

Check if the power adapter is properly plugged in.

If you are using an end-device that connects through Wi-Fi, check if its Wi-Fi mode is currently on. 

See if there is a red light blinking on the ONT (modem provided by StormFiber). If it is, then your connection is affected by a fiber cut. For which you can get a complaint registered through our 24/7 support helpline (111-1-78676), our social media channels (i.e. Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) or your self-management portal at my.stormfiber.com.
