Why is my internet not working?

There could be various reasons why your internet connection might not be working. To diagnose the primary reason, please follow the steps below:

  1. Check if the ONT (Modem provided by StormFiber) is turned on.
  2. If you are connecting through the Wi-Fi medium, please check if the device you are connecting from has its Wi-Fi operational (i.e., Wi-Fi mode is turned on).
  3. If you are connecting via a LAN cable, please ensure that the LAN cable is working properly.
  4. Please check if there is any red light blinking on the ONT (Modem Provided by StormFiber). If it is on, this indicates that your connection is affected due to a fiber disconnection issue, and you will have to register a complaint for it. You can register your complaint through any of our customer engagement channels, such as social media, helpline, or email support (helpdesk@stormfiber.com).
