Why is my internet not working?
There could be various reasons why your internet connection might not be working. To diagnose the primary reason, please follow the steps below:
- Check if the ONT (Modem provided by StormFiber) is turned on.
- If you are connecting through the Wi-Fi medium, please check if the device you are connecting from has its Wi-Fi operational (i.e., Wi-Fi mode is turned on).
- If you are connecting via a LAN cable, please ensure that the LAN cable is working properly.
- Please check if there is any red light blinking on the ONT (Modem Provided by StormFiber). If it is on, this indicates that your connection is affected due to a fiber disconnection issue, and you will have to register a complaint for it. You can register your complaint through any of our customer engagement channels, such as social media, helpline, or email support (helpdesk@stormfiber.com).
