How can I get the HD Box?

To subscribe for an HD box, please follow these steps:

  1. Visit your portal at my.stormfiber.com and sign in with your credentials*,
  2. Click on the tab ‘Service Management’ on the top of the page
  3. Select ‘TV services’
  4. Select ‘HD Box’
  5. Press ‘Submit’.If you require any further assistance, feel free to contact our 24/7 Helpline at 111-1-STORM (78676).

*In case you do not know your username and password, please click on ‘Forgot your password?’ to retrieve your credentials. Your registered StormFiber mobile number is your username.
